Ope Adelaja is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with over 15 years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects across government, telecom, finance, and manufacturing. He has served as Head of PMO for a $2M+ Microsoft ERP portfolio, managed projects spanning 6 countries, and recently served as Project Manager within the Government of New Brunswick and led government priority initiatives.
